Booking the Hunt:

1. 50% deposit is required to book any hunt
2. Total payable upon arrival at camp or before
3. Final payment must be made by cash, certified cheque or money order funds

Refund Policy:

1. All deposits are non-refundable 60 days prior to your hunt, but may be transferred to another hunter.
2. The cost of hunt is fixed, no refunds if hunter tags out early or leaves early for any reason.

Cost of Hunt Covers:

1. Hunting license and tags
2. Pick up at nearest airport Ft. McMurray or Edmonton and back
3. Transportation during hunt
4. Licensed guide
5. Food and accomodations
6. Trophy care

Cost not included in hunt:

1. Shipping, crating, or handling of trophy
2. Hotel costs
3. Taxidermy
4. Late arrival or early departure
